In 2023, local artist and consultant, Britt Vasina, established Golden Rose Design Co. in Portland, Oregon. However, early in 2024, a devastating theft of our supplies and tools prompted a rebrand to Rose City Jewels. Even in the face of adversity, our commitment remains unwavering to provide top-notch permanent jewelry in various metals and price ranges.
